We will provide all of our mentors and members with a Shield Villagery Inc. mask that must be worn at all times during in-person meetings or events. 

We make sure to wipe down all frequently touched surfaces, before Shield members arrive and after they have left.

We routinely encourage application of hand sanitizer during in person meetings and events.

We strictly document the interactions of mentors and members for contact tracing purposes.

We require Shield mentors and members to self report the absence of any symptoms before access to the rest of the  group.

We record mentor and member temperature before they are allowed access to the rest of the group.

We have formulated a COVID-19 response plan in the event that any Shield member or mentor or their loved one has contracted the illness

Mentors are regularly tested for COVID-19
